What is a Parlay Bet?
A parlay bet is a single bet that links together two or more individual wagers for a high payout and a parlay calculator is a very handy tool that helps you determine the value of parlay bets. Basically, the parlay calculator help gamblers figure out the net return on the parlay odds.
For your information, for the parlay bet to win, every one of the wagers must win. Prop bets and future bets as well as circled games cannot be parlayed. Our free parlay calculator will allow you parlays of up to 10 teams and you can use it for any sport that uses a point spread of money line.
Parlay bets are more difficult but the payouts are much higher which is why it is very attractive to some bettors as a 3 team parlay might pay 6/1 and a 4 team parlay could pay 10/1 and so on if more teams are added to the parlay.
Point Spread Parlays
If you are betting teams on the point spread (basketball & football parlays), just use the vigorish/juice you are being offered. Standard juice is -110.
Example: If you wanted to know what a $100 2 team parlay bet on Greenbay Packers -3 -110 and the San Diego Chargers +7 -110 would pay, you would type in -110 in the lines column for team 1 and the team 2. Type 100 in the Bet $ and hit calculate parlay. If you are doing it correctly the winnings should come out to $264 and some change.
Money line Parlays work a little Different
Enter the moneyline of your plays into the lines column. Favorites must have a minus in front of line, such as -120, -200, etc. When betting on an underdog, just enter the price, such as 160.
Don't enter anything into factor boxes. That is the math portion that the calculator figures out on its own.
Enter the dollar amount of your bet in Bet ($) box.
Click, calculate parlay to display the net win amount. The net is the total amount returned for a winning bet, which is the actual bet amount plus winnings.
