HOUSE RULES

General Rules
The rules at BETDSI conform very closely to those found at Las Vegas Sportsbook, and are used to protect both our company and you, the bettor.
All customer betting accounts at BETDSI are private and confidential, and all calls are recorded on tape and held for disputes for a period of seven days.
All clients must be 18 years of age.
BETDSI reserves the right to refuse a wager at any time, from any client without cause, and can refuse wagers from clients who reside in states or provinces that prohibit sports wagering.
All rules, regulations, and payoffs listed in this publication are subject to change without prior written notice.
Each client is required to identify himself by his betting account number and password on each call and each log in to BETDSI. The client has sole responsibility for his specific password and account number.
Account balances will reflect any wagers on future propositions or pending wagers.
Customers cannot risk more money than is available in their account.
All players are to confirm their bets with the operator at the end of the call using their account number and password.It is the sole responsibility of the player to listen to the read back from the operator before confirming the wager. In the event a call is dropped before confirmation of wagers has been completed. The pending wagers will be submitted or deleted upon Management discretion
No wagers can be cancelled once a caller confirms them and the call is concluded. If a client wants to cancel a confirmed wager, he/she can place a wager on the opposite side of the play, event or game.
On over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score.
When wagering on half-time lines, the over-time period(s) are included as a part of the second half.
All minimums, maximums, and betting payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice.
Maximum betting payout for any parlay is $150,000.
All wagering disputes shall be resolved by the read-back from the recorded call and shall be ruled final.
With regard to suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, BETDSI follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. Otherwise BETDSI does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
If a match is rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts, weather issues, bad lighting etc. BetDSI will abide by all decisions made by Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes and decisions will be made upon Managements discretion.
All betting payoffs are calculated from the odds OR with the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
Correlated plays: It is prohibited to parlay the same team with both the point spread and the money line. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. Any spread or total of the same game and/or any derivatives where the spread is equal or greater than 25% of the value of the total is considered correlated and not permitted.
BETDSI does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client’s sole responsibility to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
BETDSI is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership. Additionally, any misrepresentation or establishment of a BetDSI account for the purpose of Identification protection of another member or person is prohibited. Any account member using his or her identification or information on behalf of any third party either for betting or bonus purposes will have all wagers, bonuses and subsequent earnings from all account activities voided.
I agree that BetDSI has reasonable grounds to suspect that: 1. Any individual personal documentation, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, and ID at any point in time may be considered false, fake, inauthentic or fraudulent. Failure to pass BetDSI verification security protocols. Management also reserves the right to retract any existing funds in the account and close the individuals account. Management also reserves the right to request any documentation any point in time. 2. In the event any transaction or other activities indicate money laundering, terrorism financing or other illegal activities. BetDSI will or has the rights to suspend the user account/freeze the user account/cancel any pending transactions without notifying the individual in advance. In addition, BetDSI reserves the right to not refund any fees or funds that have been retracted from the account. All action will be considered invalid and any deposited amounts will be returned minus transaction fees, exchange rates and management fees for handling. There are no exceptions to this rule and the individual will be shown no leniency.
BETDSI is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and account number to other parties.
The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date the event is concluded.
In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a “no action” wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.
BETDSI reserves the right to take away any bonus such as a free plays any time, without explanation.
Cash Bonus funds can only be used in the SportsBook section. Restricted to be use on: Live, Contests, Casino or Horse Racing.
BetPoints will only be applied on money that has been deposited by the player or account holder into his/her account.
Any bonus money that has been converted from the bonus balance or from the BetPoints balance into the cash balance will not receive any BetPoints Rewards.
All cash and freeplay bonuses are not permitted to be used to submit moneyline wagers.
Dates and kick-off time of events shown are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. For any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected will be made void.
All futures wagers are accepted as “All In”, Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered. Stakes are lost on a future bet if a selection does not take part. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
Player-to-Player transfers will only be permitted after the player has received two or more withdrawals from BETDSI to the original name listed on the account. All transfers require a 3X rollover before requesting a payout.
Winners and losers are official after: Soccer 90 minutes of play – Overtime and/or Penalty shots are not included Football – NCAA & NFL – 55 minutes of play Basketball – NBA – 43 minutes of play Basketball – NCAA – 35 minutes of play Hockey – NHL – 55 minutes of play All other sporting events – 55 minutes of play Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and spread betting unless specified and with the exception of soccer lines including a quote for a draw. On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the second half. All period and quarter wagers placed are for that specific period or quarter only. All overtime wagers placed will be for the full overtime, regardless of how many overtimes Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for betting purposes.
All Bonus offers are optional, valid only at the time of deposit, and subject to Terms and Conditions, including a rollover. Bonus offers cannot be claimed after deposit. If no bonus was selected the amount deposited must have a 1 time rollover before requesting a payout.
Company policy is to allow only one account per person, one account per household. Multiple accounts will be voided.
Due to unforeseen circumstances outside or beyond BetDSI Control. BetDSI will not be liable or responsible for any funds or remaining balances in player accounts. In the event Betdsi is not able to conduct business within the normal capacity, due to unforeseen events or acts of God. Wager claims for wagers made by phone. A caller has the right to place a claim for a wager they feel was submitted incorrectly. The wagering week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. All claims must be submitted within one week from when the wager was placed. All Internet betting transactions are logged and backed-up regularly. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be logged within three days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
Important: Although every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on the site with regards to an event is correct, it is to be used as a guide only. In the event of any particular information (score, time of game etc) being incorrect we assume no liability for this. For the purposes of In-Play betting, customers should be aware that transmissions described as live by some broadcasters including Live Streaming may actually be delayed. The extent of any delay may vary between customers, depending on the set-up through which they are receiving pictures for data.
Specific Internet Betting Rules
You should determine whether BetDSI services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Account balances must be verified by the player on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your betting account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled at this time. For disputes, claims, additional account information, or to report account discrepancies, contact by email to csd@betdsi.com.
All Internet betting transactions are logged and backed-up regularly. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be logged within three days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
Any manipulation of prices and or spread may result in the ticket being marked a loser.
Freeplay Bonus Rollover Conditions
All and any bonuses offered at BetDSI are subject to rollovers.
Wagers placed on both sides of the same game/rotation number will NOT count towards your rollover.
Please note: A rollover will be considered met when a client meets the required amount in action, or the combination of the accountís cash balance and bonus balance drops to less than $5.

How it works:
Player deposits $300 and selects a 100% bonus and 10x rollover. Player makes a wager with $300 and wins $100. The deposit amount of $300 gets added to the bonus amount of $300, then multiplied by the 10x rollover amount which totals $6000.
In the event the winnings on a freeplay bonus wager are greater than the original bonus amount given. The winnings will be added to the deposit amount for rollover calculation purposes.
Any freeplay that was credited to the player account in the form of a DSI gifted freeplay, where as no deposit is required has restrictions. In the event the client has met the required rollover conditions and can convert the bonus balance to the cash balance. The max amount that can be converted from the bonus balance to the cash balance is $250. Any remaining funds in the account after the payout request has been completed will be removed from the account.
The player has a one time payout request max restriction from any gifted freeplay credited to the player account. There is a 2 payout request max restriction in the event a player has received two separate DSI gifted freeplays, 1 payout request max restriction per each freeplay gift. In the event the player has received additional gifted freeplays and the payout request max has been reached, the player will not be eligible to submit a request for additional payouts.
Ex: player makes a wager with the $100 bonus and wins $600. Being the winnings are greater than the original amount given for the bonus. The $600 will be added to the deposit amount of $100 for a total of $700. The $700 is then multiplied by 10x which totals $7000, making $7000 the rollover amount. Any freeplay bonus wager that results in a win or push, the freeplay amount that was risked is not retained. Max win on freeplay bonus is 5k.
Cash Bonus Rollover Conditions
All and any bonuses offered at BetDSI are subject to rollovers.
Any new member active from August 1st 2012 to current date will have a maximum bonus cash out of $10,000 per 30 calendar days.
Any winnings exceeding the $10 000 limit will be voided and not eligible for withdrawal. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $5000.
Any member active before 2012 will have the same bonus max cashout of $10,000. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $7000.

For any new member who has registered from the date of August 1st 2019, allocated bonuses greater than $999 will have a maximum of $100 applied to rollover on any wager placed towards meeting rollover requirement regardless of the wagered amount..
Casino bonuses must be rolled over in the casino and sportsbook action will not be counted towards rollover.
All Free wager bonuses will have an expiration of 10 days. The 10 day countdown clock will begin from the moment the event of the Free Wager game or event is final.
How it works:
Player deposits $100 and selects a 100% bonus with a 20x rollover. Player makes a wager with the $100 bonus and wins $600. The $600 winnings will be added to the deposit amount of $100 and the original bonus amount of $100 for a total of 800. Then is multiplied by the 20x rollover amount, which totals $16000.
Effective October 16th 2019, 7% of the value of credit card, zelle and money gram. deposits will go towards a fee bonus balance.
If a deposit was made using a bonus that has a 10x rollover, then the Fee Bonus will also have a rollover of 10x. If a deposit was made with no bonus, which means that it has a 1x rollover, then the fee bonus also has a 1x rollover.

Basic Free Plays House Rules
The minimum deposit to be eligible for a free play is $45 (it may vary according to the promotion).
Freeplays can be used on straight wagers, parlays and teasers. They can not be used on 3 team parlays or moneyline parlays.
When a customer wins a free play, he receives the win amount only.
Any free play that results in a tie/push is graded as a loss.

Important Reminders
In the event a credit card has been used as a method to fund a BetDSI account. The account holder will be required to provide documentation for each individual credit card used to fund the account. All documentation must be received prior to requesting a payout from your BetDSI account.

However, if after an account has been zeroed out and the player wishes to come back and reactivate their account they simply need to contact customer service and make a request to reinstate your balance at which time any qualified balance that was zeroed out will be reinstated to the players account.

3rd party Software Providers
BETDSI does NOT accept liability for the operation of the 3rd party software and games, nor does it accept liability for the corresponding payout of winnings from within all 3rd party software and games used by the players within the site. Should any software-related malfunction occur, either internally or externally, any claim of payout or winnings will be null and void. Whether the software has been manipulated or systematic errors occur within the software due to force majeure or any internal or external impact that alter the games intended delivery, or is determined faulty or malfunctioned, the result of the game will be considered non-applicable and no payout or winnings as deemed by faulty software will be honored or distributed to the player. BETDSI makes every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur in any game. BETDSI reserves the right to void all winnings, payouts, or cash-outs enabled by wins resulting from any obvious error or mistake or any technical fault (including, but not limited to, incorrect game payouts) with any of the games offered. The player agrees to forfeit any winnings/losses that result from such errors or mistakes or technical faults.
